The company was originally established to perform main repair works of Riga CHPP-1 and CHPP-2, but taking into account the experience and qualification of our employees, we continue to expand and participate in technological equipment installation; maintenance and overhaul works of steam turbine units, as well as in repair works of industrial (power) boilers, feeding pumps and other equipment.

About SIA TURBOLAT
TURBOLAT SIA was registered on February 7, 2008.
The company was originally established to perform main repair works of Riga CHPP-1 and CHPP-2, but taking into account the experience and qualification of our employees, we continue to expand and participate in technological equipment installation; maintenance and overhaul works of steam turbine units, as well as in repair works of industrial (power) boilers, feeding pumps and other equipment.
The main field of TURBOLAT is the installation, assembly, repair and maintenance of the technological equipment (including steam and gas turbines, power boilers, pumps, industrial and production line equipment, water and steam pipelines and its fittings); assembly of metal structures and welding works.
Our company has implemented and maintained certified Quality and Occupational Health and Safety management systems in accordance with the requirements of the standard ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
When performing works in Latvia and elsewhere in Europe TURBOLAT quality management system ensures continuous and long-term quality improvement – helps to improve the services provided to customers and guarantees that our activities are as safe for the environment and as beneficial for society as possible.
The quality and safety management system has been implemented in compliance with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018;, the internal requirements of the company and in accordance with regulatory enactments.

Principles for implementation of policy and goals
The following principles are applied in the implementation of quality and occupational health and safety policy and objectives:
- each involvement in the maintenance and improvement of the quality and occupational safety management system is made in accordance with the competence;
- to increase the staff’s understanding of the company’s processes;
- ensuring mutual exchange of information between employees and external stakeholders;

On the 27th of July 2021 ‘’TURBOLAT’’ Ltd. has signed an agreement Nr. SKV-L-2021/218 with Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) for the project “International competitiveness promotion”, which is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
